Tasks and Followup errors

I have two strange errors I just discovered when I was trying to plan a task.  Not sure how long its been like that.  I dont' use tasks at all yet.

I went into debug mode and found this error on the Tasks Planning section

PHP Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /var/www/html/inc/dbmysql.class.php at line 205

And in the followups, I see this:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: requesttypes_id in /var/www/html/inc/ticketfollowup.class.php at line 342

Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.

Field requesttypes_id was add during migration 0.723->0.78
Have you this fiels in glpi_ticketfollowups ?
