Hi Everybody,
There is a bug related to raising of a ticket from a device. If you
raise a ticket after selecting one of the devices the ticket doesn't seem to
hold on to the device from where it was raised. You can see the raised
ticket under tickets. But when you go to the device and try to search for
tickets under the device it says there is no ticket for this device.
I tried to post it under the issues at https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/glpi/issues
but cant find an option to post a new issue (may be due to permissions).
I tried raising a ticket from a computer under the inventory option. it seems to be perfect.
With device under inventory it is showing a different behaviour.
Please help by posting the issue or by giving a solution to the problem.

If you are not allowed to add ticket for a type, you will have troubles.
