Hey All!
First off, this is a really great product and the support in the forums is pretty active!
I have a question regarding an issue that has been causing me headaches lately. In the Helpdesk portion of GLPI, the total duration (at ticket creation) or the duration (in the add a followup), you can put in time per minute. What I need is to be able to put in time in slices of 15 minutes.
Example:
In the dropdown for Minutes, I can specify 9 minutes to complete an operation. What I want to see is 0 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes. The hours portion can remain the same.
Is this possible and if so.............how?

In Setup > General you can change step for plannification of a follow-up (tab display configuration).
For duration, you can't without changing the core
