Hi,
I need to transfer some generic, already opened, tickets to a new entity but, when I select some tickets (general item - without a specific device) and then "transfer" I only get:
You can continue to add elements to be transferred or execute the transfer now
Think of making a backup before transferring items.

To empty the list of elements to be transferred
So I can only clean the list.
Somebody could help me please?
