Creating a delivery's protocol

Hello friends!

In my work, i delivery machines to maintenance  to a other enterprise.
And, actually, i make an delivery's protocol document in the Open Office.
It's simple... i create a table with delivery's data, inventory number, serial number, defect... etc...

I would like to make this in GLPI.
I list the tickets...  ... and select the fields that i need.
BUT.. In the list, i need the inventory number and serial number fields... and i only can obtain listing the hardware (computer, monitor, printers, etc)

Anybody has a possible solution?
