Location Field and more

Hello,

I'm new on Linux and GLPI.

I'm using OCS Inventory with the agents and the OCS import plugin in GLPI.

I'm having some problems.

1º, the location field is incrementing even when I delete one computer. How can I manage to correctly manage that field?

2º, some computers don't update their status, but only in GLPI. For example, in one computer I have inserted a USB PEN, in OCS Inventory, the PEN is there but in GLPI, that pen doesn't appear.

3º, I wonder if it's possible to receive a email alert when a machine has a software called xxx? I would like to know if the users install new and unapproved software in their machines...

Sorry, I forgot. GLPI 0.78 with OCS 1.33 in Centos 5.5
