Hello,
After upgrade to 0.78, when I create a new ticket for a device, the new ticket does not stay linked to the device. 0.78.1 fix did not correct this bug. Thanks in advance for looking at this problem.

Bonjour MoYo,
We create tickets to track repairs of equipment. Normally we create tickets from inventory page of a computer, device, etc, by clicking on "create new ticket for this item" in tab "Tickets". This way, ticket is linked to the item and you can click on item link from the ticket and you also see list of tickets in "tickets" tab of item. However, since version 0.78, when we create tickets for items of type "device", it creates loose ticket without the link to the device. If I look at the "Tickets" tab of the device, I do not see ticket. For other items like "printer" or "computer" it works correctly
Similar problem happened in the past with one of older updates (I do not remember version), but was fixed quickly.

I update to 0.78.1 also
And can't link a ticked with printers and devices also.
The Tab "Ticked" for printers or devices is present, but when ticked created there are no link with a printer or device.
Ticked for computers, phones and software is enabled.

If you are not able to add tickets for printers. The link must not appear.
There is a problem here.
