problem with my priority

i have a problem with priorities. the users use tickets but, they can't to choose priority and format date. how i enable priorites and changing format date?

Honestly, I don't know why people don't just put it in their signatures. You wouldn't have to remember to mention it...


My Configuration: GLPI .72.3 running on XAMPP from a VMware Virtual Machine (Windows XP). PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2.3...

No, but if I had won $cent every time I wrote it, I would be rich  wink

But how help without this information? 0.72 is so different from 0.78 for helpdesk

For this one, even if I did know the version, I'd be hard-pressed to try to interpret the problem.  Definitely agree with you, just teasing. 

Do you guys keep score of this stuff?  JMD and Remi are always putting +'s at the end of their posts.
