GLPI doesnt sign messages

Dear support

I want that GLPI signs with predefinied signature every message that sends to user, admin, and support administrator.

The configuration is ok, when I do test mail, it signs the message, but when arrive a ticket clausure, the glpi doesnt sig the message

Please could you hel us

The version is 0.78.1

Where had you predefinied signature ?
Because in 0.78, you predefine signature in each entity
