How to modify the welcome message on the central console?

how can I modify this message?

Welcome Alessandro, this is the central console.

You can edit this entry in the language file you use without affecting the system (I think). I did something similar for several entries a while ago.
In the 'locales' folder of your installation, you can edit the .php file associated with the language you use in GLPI, I use EN_GB, and just search for that text ("this is the central console"), then edit it.
For example, in my EN_GB.php file I see:

$LANG['central'][0]="Welcome";
$LANG['central'][1]="this is the central console.";

Just edit the text between the quotes, and that should do it.
I tested and it didn't seem to break anything.

but I can't find the same entry on 0.78 version

It may have moved around, but it should be possible to find by doing a search in the language files.
I haven't used .78 yet, maybe a developer familiar with the new layout can help?

I think that you mean, on the connection page.... something like that (sorry for my bad english)

Go to the Configuration menu, then general and here you can type a texte for the connection, try this and tell us if this was what you was searching. Either, I think this is the way for your problem.
