Plugin Ideabox 1.7.0 for GLPI 0.78 - Can't be used with helpdesk

Hi,

I'am interesting in this plugin, specialy if it can be used with helpdesk. But after installing and adjusting rights, it isn't not possible.

At helpdesk or document management don't show tab o dropdown option for it. At idea box management neither do it,

At forge page: "https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/ide … r_UseGuide" I can read "On peut aussi lier des documents et des tickets" but I need how?

If it's posible, ¿how can I do it?

You can use from post-only interface not from helpdesk.

Yes, I can see it from post-only interface, write new ideas and add comments to them. It' OK

But I would like link to a document or a ticket. At post-only interface neither can do it.

I may have misunderstood?

No, post-only cannot do that. it must be coded or affect a limited profile with full console

Excuse me for my poor english (in french I don't writte better). It's posible I have not explained well: I want make it from standard interface, ussing an admin user, for example (not need form post-only profile), but when I writte or comment an idea, I can't find any dropdown, button or link for add a document or to link to a ticket.

I have review profile's options, document management, tikets, but I don't see any way for make it: dropdown options, tabs, etc...

How I should do it?

Oups You cannot at this time link with a ticket or a document (but add the code is very easy)
