Multiple Items, Users and Technicians in a ticket
Sometimes i have the problems that can be linked with different devices, that can be assigned to two or three technicians from different groups, or can have more that one requesters. I didn't find no way to do this in one ticket. It's possible to do this in 0.78 version, or maybe it's planned in future versions?
