Hi all,
Learning our way around v0.78.
Under Setup...General...Assistance... there is an option called 'Automatic closing of the tickets after :'.
How exactly does this work? Does it mean the ticket will be closed X days after opening? or X days after it's flagged as 'solved'? or what?
