Ciao again,
I am trying to figure out how to activate the planning (on GLPI 0.78) to sync with Outlook but I can't find any option related..
I mean: in the 0.72 version when I raise a ticket I can "plan this follow up" so going back to the central I'll have an ical entry to import on Outlook. (that's how I check if the technician respect the SLA on solving the tickets)
In the 0.78 version I can't find how to activate this planning!
Does anybody know how to do it?

I've figured out how to do it:
raise a ticket -> select the ticket again ->task tab -> add a new task -> plan this task
