technician - how to create a profile?

how i create a technician's profile?
able to view and close the tickets?

I use the GLPI version 0.72.4 in a Debian server.

After importing users, just assign them to a profile like Admin or Super-Admin. Or poke around in the actual profile administration to see what kind of permissions are in there.
Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.
