Assigned automatically to technician

How do I set up for assigned automatically to a technician when I open a new ticket?

Enable "Automatically assign the tickets to the technical person in charge :" and then set on each device or item which technician is in charge.  Of course, that requires an item to be chosen in the helpdesk ticket creation.


Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.

In the Rules  i created

Action:

Fields Action                          type          Value
Assigned to - Technician      Assign          tech

Is clear?
