difference between ticket and task

Hello,
could anyone explain the difference between ticket and task in GLPI ?
I know what is the difference in general ))) but what it is in GLPI ?
in notifications I see records for tickets and for tasks, it means that this is 2 different objects. I know how to create ticket, but I can't find out how to create task.
Thank you

Re: difference between ticket and task

In GLPI you have a tab for the follow-up and a tab for a task.
To see this tabs, you must have correct right in your profile.

You use follow-up to dialogue with the requester
and you use task to plan an action and indicate time for this action
