Alarms on expired licenses

When trying to test that it sends a message I get the following error:

Root entity: Send licenses alert failed

Do i still need to configure something?

0.72.4   on  Windows XP

You must define the address to send to mail.
By example :
if you have define to send a mail to the entity's administrator, you must define his email in Administration > Entity

You must define the address to send to mail.
