Bug in 0.78 RC1, Email message formatting ignored

I am currently using GLPI v0.72.21 on my live server and testing 0.78. When I'm testing 0.78 I've noticed that email followups lose the formatting from original messages. The formatting, mainly new lines, are correct when viewing the ticket in GLPI, but when the email is sent out the formatting is erased which makes some emails nearly impossible to read as it removes new line characters. This has been the case when 0.78 was in development only and now with RC1.

GLPI v0.78 RC1
Gentoo Linux
Install from tarball
PHP 5.3.13 , Apache 2.2.15 , MySQL 5.1.39

For some reason my Firefox add-on translators aren't working on that page. I noticed something about it working in text...how do you specify which format to use for notifications?

Also on the last post, what is "nl2br" ? Trying to figure this out.

If your template include HTML, mail will be send in both format (text + html)
If your template don't include HTML, (text is mandatory), mail will be send in text only
