Hi All,
Just a thought on this, but as more of my users hit the "reply" button to respond to tickets, the chain of all the previous followups gets included in each one.
Surely we can filter that out in the messages?
I know the ticket ID is found by using the [GLPI xxxxxx] in the subject.
Surely when an email update is sent out, we could put in TOP and BOTTOM markers, eg:
###### [GLPI xxxxxx] ######
....some update body text...
###### [GLPI xxxxxx] ######
And then if the user hits "reply", then the parser could look for those lines and exclude them from the message? That way only the users actual reply would go into the ticket.
Maybe this has been though of before, but I don't see it listed.
