How to deduct stock from Cartridge Inventory ?

Hi, I saw the Add button to add quantity of Cartridge but how is that quantity going to be deducted ? As there does not seem to have any place that I could deduct the stock to trigger the alarm.

Set up printer to cartridge mapping in printer setup.
When you need to change the cartridge, install it from the printer page, and it will be deducted from the cartridge page.

Hi thank you and indeed it works.

But I also saw that after installing the printer to stock level of 4 ( I have configured the stock alarm at 5), I receive no email alert at all. Any idea ?

I tested the email is working but receive no alert.
