How configure incoming emails
I configure the pop server in the setting | authentication | pop and have successful connection test.
I start the script php front/cron.php
but I don'see the incoming messages in the web interface.
What I don't do?
In the GLPI demo video I see, that operator cat processing the incoming messages by email.
Can I change the status tikets?
