user seat code

Dear,

I have nearly 300 users, is there anyway I may see the seat code of each user in tracking system by the easiest way? It would be great if I go to # Central  >  Assistance > Tracking and see the requester seat code in the ticket.

Oops! is there any body could help me on this? All I need is to know where the user is when I looking at a  ticket.
