Maintenace Plan

Dear.

I wonder if it's possible I schedule a ticket in GLPI. For example, I would like to create a schedule in order to GLPI creates an automatic GLPI ticket, also I would like to know, if it is possible to create a maintenance plan so when this maintenance arrive on the day it was scheduled the GLPI creates an automatic ticket.

Thankyou so much.

Re: Maintenace Plan

As far as I know there is no such plugin  YET, you would be welcomed to add it to the list smile

You can check the extensive list of existing plugins here.
https://forge.indepnet.net/projects/plugins

That being said, if you open a ticket for the material to be maintained and then add a follow-up to that ticket, you can plan that f/u for a specific date and it will show up in the planning of that specified day (and note it will only show on that day ... so better do it or yo uwill forget)

If you only have a handful to manage that is not so bad but otherwise, writing a plugin is the way to go.

Re: Maintenace Plan

We'd also love to see a plug-in for this. There are a lot of repeatubg tasks which we do on a weekly and monthly basis. Scheduling them in such a way would be brilliant.
