Hello,
is (or will be) somehow possible to change ticket entity through
editing such as on new ticket page /thanks, that works great!/?
Something with possibly predefined transfer mode or allow tranfer
only from Root?
We use many entities and sub-entities to support external customers
and their branch offices and some unregistered customers (no special
entity).
For service propagation and to made communication easy we use simply
one email account let's say support@domain.tld
But mailgate has no possibilty to sort incoming requests to proper entities.
So we have to first transfer every ticket to proper entity and then do it.
It slows down a lot.
Another possible idea is to have users attached to entities (which usualy
are) and assign entity to ticket from mailgate by this user.
Anybody with same "complication"?
Any solution to this? (current or planned)
