Plugins missing after upgrade

Hello,
I just upgraded GLPI 0.72 -> 0.78 and now I don't see any plugins under Setup - Plugins.
Before upgrading I've disabled all active plugins as required in the upgrade guide.

0.78 is not a stable version for the moment, it's a release candidate ...
