My client wants to make all the IT work very transparent. They want the employees to see all the current work in GLPI. Is it possible to setup the post-only profile to see all the tickets?
I'm using GLPI 72.3.

A post only profile can see his own tickets or tickets created by his groups.
If you want to see all tickets, you must create your own profile
