plugin mass-ocs-import - Nettoyer

Bonjour

GLPI 0.72.3
OCS Ver 1.02

j'ai installé le plugin mass ocs import.

je suis bloqué sur le statut "nettoyer" du plugin, je le désinstalle et le réinstalle puis l'active.

l'import se passe bien si je lance immédiatement  le script àla main :

sh ocsng_fullsync.sh --thread_nbr=2 --server_id=1

par contre..au bout de qqs instants, le statut du plugin revient sur "nettoyer"

auriez vous une idée, merci

le log /var/www/glpi/files/_log/ocsng_fullsync.log s'implémente en lançant le script a la mano uniquement et remonte bien les infos.

- Vous êtes sous quel OS ?
- Avez-vous configuré le plugin avant de l'activé ?
- Au lancement du script, vous avez quoi dans le menu Plugins >> Import en masse OCS ?

je suis sur RED HAT Entreprise Server 5.3.

j'ai bien positionné "Nombre d'éléments à synchroniser via le cron" à 0 dans le mode OCSNG selon la procédure indiquée ici:

dans la conf du plugin...j'ai "Nettoyer"

je fais dans l'ordre :

-nettoyer
-désinstaller
-installer
-activer

le plugin "umport OCS" apparait bien ds le menu plugin pdt qqs instants (je peux d'ailleurs lancer le script a la main et cela fonctionne) mais il disparait ensuite et le plugin passe en mode "Nettoyer" a nouveau !

Il manque la configuration entre l'installation et l'activation (clic sur le nom du plugin dans administration / plugin)

bonjour,

j'ai reproduis le problème sur mon serveur de recette, il semble que cela soit lié à la configuration apache sécurisée.
en effet, dès que le virtual host pointe sur une adresse différente du hostname du serveur, le plugin passe en mode "nettoyer".
la différence est que cela se règle en désinstallant/réinstallant le plugin en recette, mais pas en production !

il s'avère que le plugin a été installé dans le répertoire "/usr/share/glpi/plugins" en recette et "/var/www/glpi/plugins" en prod méthode d'instal via yum en recette et via l'archive tgz en prod!)

apparemment le "nettoyage" ne se fait pas correctement? puisque le plugin reste sur le mode "nettoyer"

comment puis je totalement supprimé tous les fichiers relatifs au plugin installé via l'archive afin de le réinstaller correctement?

Tous les fichiers relatifs à ce plugin se trouve dans le répertoire glpi/plugin/massocsimport.
Dans la base, les noms des tables commence par glpi_plugin_massocsimport (5 de mémoire)
En supprimant ce dossier et ces tables, vous repartez de 0

Mais il faut impérativement que le plugin soit installé dans le même répertoire glpi que l'application sinon il ne pourra pas bénéficier des fonctions du core.
Après, pour le virtual host, il suffit de bien le paramétrer dans apache.
