HowTo of ARCHIRES plugin not very easy to understand

Hello,

I'm new to the archires plugin. The documentation is very difficult to understand. Is there anyone who could guide me through
the installation Process. Here are steps I've done:

1.Installed the "GraphViz", The enviromental path was setup bey the software
2.unzipped and copied the zip file archires under /glpi/ directory

But I don't know where to activate the PEAR Module, Probably this gives me the following error when I'm trying to open the following link on the browser:

http://myservername/glpi/archires
