sorry for my english...
i need to put automaticaly a technical persona in charge to a one ticket or incident
in configuration/general i activated the option : Automatically assign incidents to the responsible technical but it does not work
the incidents apper assign to <nobody> by default...when a user open a new incident
i need to assing glpi user that is a super-admin how a technical persona in charge

This option apply only when the ticket is linked to a equipment.
You probably should write a "bussiness rules"
