Hi,
I'm quite new but mayge someone can give me a useful hint. WE set up different assignement rules for tickets and groups (group of technician). The issue is that if a new ticket comes in and has been assigned to a group or technician then they get an email notification and thats fine but if then the technician would like to assign it to another group then this group won't be notified. Is there anything I can do that it works.
Many many thanks in advantag

Hi,
in "setup --> notifications --> notifications options" check the when updating the ticket, with this if you change anything in the ticket it should send an email.
hope this works.

Hi faasa,
many thanks for your very quick replay...
Sorry to be ignorant, but this means for every ticket update/change (not only for the group change) the whole technicians will get an email notification (priority, status, ....). Hmm means I will spam them with quite a lot of mail, or do I miss something.
Many thanks

Hi, no problem.
Yes this means a high rate of mails
I yet have to test properly, as there are two options one on update ant the other after follow-up, maybe the option i stated in my first post only shows updates of the ticket and not the follow-ups (not sure).
You should try all posible settings to see how it goes.
