Creating PDF, please help! s.o.s

Hi guys,

I need help.
I need to create in the /front/report.reservation.php something that when you select the option of user, the pdf can be created with all the informations about the reservations that the user made.

Sorry for my bad inglesh.

what exactly do you need to show?

the name of the person or do you need the comments also??
