Generic Objects Management

Hi all,

I'm a new glpi user, very satisfied, great piece of program!
I need to create a new objects, so I installed the Generic Object Management plugin (http://plugins.glpi-project.org/spip.php?article96)
All installs perfectly, I can create the new object, define the fields, the behaviour, even preview it correctly! I made sure it was setup as 'active', and then tried to add a new istance of this object by clicking on the plus sign.
Well, just nothing happens... I get a blank screen where I should have the form to add the new istance of the object... could someone please point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this?

Set the behaviour "Use Templates" to No - fixed it for me
