Time zone do not function

Hello!

I'm from Brazil and write litle english. Sorry. :-) (My read is very good!) :-)
But, it's my problem:

When I open one ticket or follow-up, the hour that display is + 4 hours of difference my clock.
Example:
My clock ===>> 17 hs
GLPI Display ===>> 21 hs

Already I tried to configure console but is does not function.

Somebody already passed the same problem????

Did you set up something in glpi setup -> general setup for the timezone?

Or maybe there is something set in date.timezone in PHP.ini?
