A general feature request.
My users only create tickets via email. The send email to help@<our-domain-name>.com and a ticket is created.
Many of these emails have a screen shot embedded inline to the email.
Some of the emails do not have a subject, only a screen or window capture.
If the email processor would take each mime part and create an attachment for each part I could at least see what was sent.
Now I have to read each email for tickets that only have pictures.

It's what it does.
Actually (0.72) only true attached file are retrieved.
In near futur (0.78) embeded image are also retrived.
