I have created a user profile called 'helpdesk'. Users with this profile have rights to all helpdesk functions. However it seems that they cannot open attachments to helpdesk tickets. They recieve the error "Unauthorized access to this file". Am I missing a setting somewhere? The GLPI admin account can open attachments fine. Also the users can open attachments to tickets that they log themselves.
GLPI is set up on Windows 2003 server with WAMP installed.

Solved - I found the permissions object "Documents" under management was the key - set it to read, and its fixed it.
