I must reinstall OCS and GLPI but must restore all helpdesk and users

I have a problem with the ocs and glpi. I changed the server and I did not do a full backup of the database (ie I have a copy but it does not work all as it should). I practically just beginning to play with the OCS and GLPI. I had added about 7 computers. And I do not mind to clear the database and re-collect the reports. However, no data I have left:
- All related to the helpdesk (the declaration, the text)
- Authentication method (after smtp)
- Users of all
How to export and which tables to make sure everything's just fine to work on the new server.
