administration setup

I red some of the help and for couple of times i so direction and help for the administartion setup section like that:
You can manage the list of the internal devices of your park in section : Administration / Setup / Internal devices.
The problem is that i have no section of administartion setup when i think maybe no right premmision of the glpi directiories and sub directiories glpi super admin user need or some other things causes to it do be hide.
