Add or change information in the green zoom len

Hi all.
When mouse move on the green zoom len some information are display.
It's possible add one ore more information ?

In Central --> Assistance --> Tracking I would add the 'COMMENT' field when mouse move on the len near the combo box User.

It's possible ?

Alternative, can I change the field email with the field comment ?
