Adding fields to Project Plugin.

We would like to add 3 new fields to the project plugin and wondered if someone could help us.

We would like to add Business Unit, Category and Priority to the items available.

Can this be done and how simply?

As you can tell, I am not a php coder and have not been able to find any resource down here in NZ, so if any of you guys can help us, we would realy appreciate this.

If any of you are open to providing us with support and the odd development task, we are open for offers.

I need help on this item in particular so if anyone can help please come back to me.
