Duplicate entry '98741' for key 1 (OCSNG)
I have this error in Tools - OCSNG and can't syncronize.
Help me.

I have installed GLPI and OCS Inventiory NG ever a Windows Server 2003 with Apache Friend.

In my procedure to import data from OCSNG was active the Registry, when I try to start a mysql backup of the database I see thar the table glpi_regitry have alot of information and the backup grow more that 1 GB, I close the process and delete the data of this table.
When I perform a new backup with mysql, the process were fast.
How I can reset all information of OCS Inventory NG with out lost tickets information or data?
