Reports question

Hello all,

I'm wondering if their is away that I can change what a report returns (or displays) For example when I run the report "By Year" and choose the hardware type (computers) and year (2005) is there away to have the report show the type of equipment, like Server, PC or Laptop along with all the other information from the report.
