There seem to be a bug when importing software with a predefined dictionary when category names in OCS are almost equally named.
Problem example: I do have have two Categories in OCS. One is "Visio 2003" one is "Visio 2007" In each folder I have put one license respe´cting to the matching version.
If I know import this into GLPI it will create just one section with Visio 2003 with all Visio licenses in it, even the 2007 versions.
When I then force glpi to force a sync manually on one PC which has Visio 2007 installed, it will update the folder to Visio 2007, but now all Visio 2003 versions will be in that folder as well.
Probably just a regex match problem when importing from GLPI, as the software has the exact name except the ending "2003 or 2007"

If you modify dictionnary you need to clean softwares, unlock softwares and reimport them i think.

I tested it again with a fresh install and it was working okay now. Even after modifying dictionary in OCS and then forcing a sync, everything was was fine. I dunno where the hickup that I encountered came from.
