We have computers with manualy associated/added components in version 0.83.91 . Aftrer upgradind to 0.85.4 all components disappears.
No error during upgrading process.

Can you give us some examples of components disappeared?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

I tested some scenarios. I found that problem is in restoring/upgrading db (which was backed up from server with version 0.83.91) to 0.84.8 GLPI.
Scenario1( I do this when I report bug)
Old server Debian Wheezy with GLPI 0.83.91 and new Debian Jessie with 0.85.4
1.Backup db on old server
2.Restore db on new server
3.I connect to glpi on new server , glpi upgrades db structure to version 0.85.4
4.Log on to glpi and all components losts,
