helpdesk.html: how to auto-assign to a technician/group?

Hi,

How can I make sure that tickets generated by the helpdesk.html form are automatically assigned to a group of my choice? I thought about setting the "request source" to "Helpdesk injector" in business rules for tickets, but I don't have that user in the userslist when I try to setup the rule.

I solved this using "Regex checks" (Helpdesk Injector)
