I am wanting to have the supplier field available on the helpdesk.php. Is there a simple setting to make that appear or do I just need to add it to the helpdesk.php file?
2ndly, I want to have a custom field for supplier ticket#. For example, if I call AT&T (or whatever vendor) and I get a ticket# from them on an issue to easily store that.
Ideas?

1 - why do you want it ? You need to give us more details to be able to understand the request.
2 - you can insert it in the ticket ?
