Email Follow ups

Where would on go to change the text in the subject line of the mail follow ups?

Example: Change [GLPI #0000005] Root entity | New ticket - Test Cron

** CORRECTION to [GLPI - Helpdesk #0000005] Root entity | New ticket - Test Cron CORRECTION **

If so, in which file is this code located?

Also,

Can the code be changed to insert the entity of the ticket in addition to GLPI for each ticket generated?
