External Links and users

Hello,
can someone explain how can I connect an user with an external link.
I have to give to technicians  the possibility to print a document report with all devices connected to the user. The document is only a html/php page and I need only the glpi_users.ID  key passed by GLPI.
The simplest way for me was connect this page with "external links" option, but is possible only connct the link to devices and not with users.

Has someone a suggestion?
