ticketmail plugin 0.84

Dear all,

I cannot send an mail by ticketmail ver 0.84 in glpi 85.4. After I push the send button I get an blanck page.

It tries to go here, which does not exist in the original plugin, so no index.php

So the permissions are set to WWW-data and all files are having execute rights

can anyone help pls??

Hello ,

I had the same issue. The problem consists in the fact that in the version 0.85 had some changes made to the NotificationMail.class.php .
Since the plugin needs the class that was defined in that file in version 0.84 it does not work in version 0.85.
To solve it i took the NotificationMail.class.php from the old version and copied it over.
Once that is done turn on the debug mode of your GLPI and see if it gives anymore errors.
