Plugins develop

Hello from Spain to all GLPI developers and users,

First I have to congratulate you for the good job done with GLPI.

I need some some customizations to adapt this software to our organization. I think that the better way to do this is with plugins, but I haven't found any guide that say how a plugin must be developed.

Exists any guide that shows how develop a plugin? Watching the code from other parts and develop something similar inside plugin directory can be the solution?
